1. Traci Bautista retains and reserves the right to modify, update and change the Terms of Use for all digital designs at any time with or without notice.
2. All copyrights to elements, graphics, and kits sold on the world wide web by me are retained by me, Traci Bautista.
3. All graphic images are copyrighted Traci Bautista with all rights reserved. My designs are for personal use only.
- You are not required to, but if you are published, I would love to hear from you so I can keep an eye out for your published work.
- You agree to follow all instructions within these terms and are limited the way you may use the Content.

HOW YOU CAN & CANNOT USE THESE GRAPHICS, BRUSHES, PRINTABLES
Once you download kit...Print it on paper, inkjet fabric sheets, canvas, stickers, clear labels. It can be used as a scrapbook paper background, journal pages, mixed media projects, image transfers, cut and collage on a frame, art journal pages, or to make a greeting card...the possibilities are endless!
All Materials are the copyright, designed by and belong to Traci Bautista. The original artwork and these images including but not limited to images and text, are protected by copyright under U.S. copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You cannot use the Content except as specified herein. You are purchasing this digital download product and all downloads by you (the User) from www.treicdesigns.com/ tracibautista.etsy.com/ kollaj.typepad.com/ treicdesigns.myshopify.com/treicdesignsdigitals.com/ artjounalplay.com.
ALL DIGITAL kits, printables, digital stickers, digital brushes/stencils/textures are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
- And under NO circumstances, these images cannot be resold (as collage sheets, cut-up, digitally altered, digital brushes/stamps/stencils), printed for commercial use, distributed electronically or redistribution of any kind.
- You are not permitted to resell the products in their original form in any way. You are not permitted to sub-license, lend or gift any of the elements. Use of any designs, in any form, on any tangible or electronic form for business promotion or professional use is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted by law.
- You may not sublicense, resell, share, transfer, or otherwise redistribute the Item (e.g. as stock, in a tool or template, with source files, and/or not incorporated into an End Product) under any circumstances, not even for free.
- You may not make the Item available on a digital asset management system, shared drive, or the like for the purposes of sharing or transferring the Item, and you must not permit an end user of the end product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
COMMERCIAL LICENSE: if you are interested in using the digital product for commercial purposes please contact Traci to purchase a commercial or extended commercial license. You may not sell any product that uses any of the elements without obtaining a commercial license. {see table above for what is permitted with each license type.}
CREDITING THE DESIGNER
You may not use templates or pre-made pages for publication and call them your own works. Please credit them as a template or premade page and provide the proper credit to Traci Bautista with a link back to the site where purchased, including mention of any graphic you have altered in any way. You may alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them. You may use digital download products in scrapbooking layouts that you are submitting to Mixed Media, Scrapbook or Craft related magazines for publications provided proper credit is given to: Traci Bautista/treiC designs as such: Traci Bautista/treiC designs, Kit Name and element. (This includes any starting point of any graphic of the Digital Downloadable Products.)
- You may resize, recolor or add other graphics to the Digital Downloadable Products for your personal use. Please: DO NOT reproduce, distribute copyrighted Digital Downloadable Products in any way. This means any re-sale items on e-Bay, etsy, blog, your own site/store, digital marketplaces or products for business use is strictly prohibited. *This includes pre-made pages or ‘scrap for hire’ projects.
- You may use Traci Bautista/treiC designs/Collage Unleashed/Doodles unleashed/Printmaking Unleashed digital downloadable products for personal blogs, photography & crafts applications without special permission.
- You also may not use the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful or offensive to another person.
LIMITED LIABILITY: Traci Bautista/treiC designs LLC shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of materials from this purchase.
