What is included in the PIGMENT BARS BOX?
What is your shipping policy? Do you ship internationally?
The PIGMENT BARS BOX is shipped quarterly {four times per year} in late March, June, September and December.
• This product is shipped via USPS first class package.
• PRE-ORDER Products and Subscriptions: These items are shipped according to the schedule specified in the product listing. You will receive an automated email notification when your order is being packaged.
• Order Processing Times: We want to clarify that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
• Import Duties and Taxes : Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, when it reaches your destination country. These charges, if applied, are your responsibility as the customer, and treiC designs | #tracibautistaCOLOR is not accountable for them
What is your refund policy?
ALL #tracibautistaCOLOR handcrafted artisanal products are NON-refundable.
What is your cancellation policy?
When you choose a 4-payment subscription, you have the option to cancel before your next box ships. You will receive an automated reminder email a few days before your subscription renew each quarter. If you sign up for a 1-payment option, if you choose to cancel before the end of your subscription, no monetary refund is given, you will receive a credit in the amount of the remainder of your subscription in the form of an e-gift card.
If I order two boxes will I get different colors?
We make our best attempt to give you an assortment of colors in each box. Each of the pigment bars contain 2-4 colors, so some bars may contain a similar color but paired with a different color so when they are mixed, it creates an beautiful new color mixture.
Are the PIGMENT BARS included in the WATERMEDIA PLAY subscription box?
Yes, the quarterly set of PIGMENT BARS are included in the WATERMEDIA PLAY subscription. This box is currently sold out. If you are a WP subscriber and choose to become a PIGMENT BARS BOX subscriber, we will do our best to make sure you get an assortment of colors in each box.
What is the quarterly paint & swatch workshop?
During the quarterly LIVE workshop Traci demonstrates various techniques using the quarterly collection, The workshop is hosted live and usually lasts for 1.5 hours and is streamed on Crowdcast. You will receive an email invitation a week or so before the live workshop.
